A Parent Information Specialist provides one-on-one assistance via phone/in person to parents with children 14 to 22 years old. Parents gain support and information regarding disabilities, education and community services. Our goal is to help parents become effective members of their child’s transition Individualized Education Plan team. We also provide transition to adulthood information for youth.
