DESCRIPTION:Who should join us? Anyone who supports individuals with disabilities and believes everyone should live their good life!\nProfessionals from CDDOs, affiliates, employment programs, case managers, KSDE, educators, families and others who support individual with disabilities are invited to join us!\nThe Charting the LifeCourse Framework was created to help individuals, families and professionals develop a vision for a Good Life by thinking about what they need to know and do, identify how to find or develop supports, and discovering what it takes to live their good life. \nCharting the LifeCourse Framework is being utilized in the person-centered Planning process to guide professionals and the families they serve to organize ideas, vision, and goals for future planning.\nFamilies Together is providing two virtual Charting the LifeCourse Foundation events on \nThursday October, 19 – 5:30-7pm OR Tuesday October 24th 5:30-7pm. \nParticipants who attend a session may be eligible to receive a scholarship to participate in the Ambassador cohort events beginning in January.\nFor more information call Tami Allen at 316-945-7747. \n\n
