Families Together, Inc. is here to assist you whether you are just starting out or experiencing a challenge along the way. We provide assistance regarding early intervention, education, health care, transitions, and community resources to support the academic, behavioral, social, emotional, and mental well being of children, youth, and families. Are services are free to families that include a child/youth with learning, behavioral, physical, emotional, and/or health challenges.

My child has a disability?
We understand and are here to help. Our staff are parents and/or family members of individuals who have disabilities themselves; we understand what you are experiencing and are ready to help. We assist families and professionals to understand the complex systems of early intervention, special education, community services and health care.
What will he do after high school?
We are here to help you navigate the transition to adulthood. We provide individual assistance, training and resources for transition age youth (14-21) and their families related to postsecondary education/training, employment and independent living.
She is struggling in school.
We provide safe and confidential support that will help families brainstorm and problem solve. We can help you understand the special education process. Families Together provides many resources and services at no cost, in both English and Spanish.
She was suspended.
We can help you learn about positive behavioral supports and understand the legal requirements around discipline of students who have disabilities.
He is being bullied.
We can provide tips and tools on dealing with bullying. We can help you understanding the state and federal antibullying laws and regulations.
No one understands.
We can connect you with another parent who has similar experiences. Through our Parent-to-Parent program we match parents who have experience raising a child with a disability with a parent who needs someone to listen, encourage and support them.
