Discipline Protections – Virtual Training

We will focus on discipline procedures for students with IEPs or who are suspected of having a disability. We will discuss suspension/expulsion, alternative educational settings, code of conduct violations, and manifestation determination reviews. Education advocates are required to attend at least one refresher training per calendar year. This one-hour training will satisfy the retraining requirement.
