Current Education Advocates are welcome to brush up on their knowledge of special education law and their rights and role in the process!
About this event
This training will cover evaluation processes, Individualized Education Program (IEP) components and team membership, placement, procedural safeguards and discipline. The responsibilities of education advocates will also be covered. Bring your willingness to share your experiences serving as an education advocate.
