IEP Basics – Virtual Training

We will review a redacted IEP and learn how to implement our advocate training with real-world examples. Together, we will review each section of the IEP, look for areas to ask questions, and have discussions on if we believe the IEP gives the student FAPE. Education advocates are required to attend at least one refresher training per calendar year. This one-hour training will satisfy the retraining requirement.
