Kansas Parents and youth with disabilities, age 14-21, are invited to join us for this free training to discover the road to a good life.

Registration starts at 8:30 a.m.

Training will start promptly at 9:00 a.m.

Tips, resources and information to help transition families and transition age youth navigate:

  • The Road to the Good Life
  • The Road to Careers and Employment
  • The Road to Independence and Interdependence

Parents and youth with disabilities, age 14-21, are invited to participate in this free interactive training to

  • learn about transition as part of the Individualized Education Program (IEP).
  • discover how Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) and Centers for Independent Living (CILs) can help.
  • get information for accessing supports and services.
  • leave with next steps for adult life, career planning and job support.
